What Kling 3 does well

The strengths worth knowing before you write your first prompt.

  • Cinematic camera work

Dolly moves, slow pans and crane shots feel deliberate and weighted. Describe the move in plain words and Kling 3 frames it like a camera operator would.

  • Multi-shot storytelling

Describe two or three shots in one prompt, like a wide, a close-up and a reaction, and Kling 3 cuts between them inside a single clip.

  • Up to 4K

Render in 720p, 1080p or 4K. The top tier keeps skin, fabric and reflections clean enough for widescreen ads and big displays.

  • Native audio

Dialogue, effects and ambience are generated with the picture and switched on by default, so a clip lands with sound already in place.

  • First and last frame

Animate your own still and optionally set the ending frame. Perfect when the art direction is already locked in a picture.

What you can make with Kling 3

  • Commercial spots

A product on a set, a slow push-in and a final packshot. Kling 3 handles controlled studio looks and premium lighting with confidence.

  • Short narrative scenes

Write a wide, a close-up and a reaction in one prompt to get a small scene with real cuts, then extend it from the last frame.

  • Animating key art

Bring a poster, a concept painting or a product render to life from a first frame while keeping the original composition intact.

How to use Kling 3

Four steps from an idea to a finished clip, all in the workspace above.

  1. 01

    Choose Image or Text

Start from Text to describe the whole clip, or from Image to keep the exact look of a picture you already have.

  2. 02

Add a first and last frame

In Image mode, upload a sharp first frame. Add a last frame when the shot has to land somewhere exact, like a product turning to face the camera.

  3. 03

    Write the prompt

Spend your words on what moves: the action, the camera and the mood. Kling 3 already sees your frames, so there is no need to describe them again.

  4. 04

    Set the shot and generate

Choose a length from 3 to 15 seconds, a resolution up to 4K, 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1, and audio, check the credit cost on the button, then generate. Continue from last frame picks up where the clip ends.

Still have a question?

Our team answers within one business day. The prompt guide covers references, camera moves, text and sound.

What is Kling 3?

Kling 3 is a cinematic video model on NovaMotions AI. It makes 3 to 15 second clips in 720p, 1080p or 4K from text or from a first and last frame, with native audio and support for several shots in one prompt.

Does Kling 3 accept reference images or video clips?

Kling 3 works from text or from a first frame with an optional last frame. It does not take extra reference files. For references, use Kling O3 or Seedance 2.0 Pro.

How do I get multiple shots in one clip?

Number the shots in your prompt, for example Shot 1 wide, Shot 2 close-up, Shot 3 reaction, and describe each in a sentence. Longer clips of 10 or 15 seconds give each shot room to breathe.

Which lengths and resolutions does Kling 3 support?

Clips can be 3, 5, 8, 10 or 15 seconds long, in 720p, 1080p or 4K, and in 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1. The highest resolutions depend on your plan.

Is the audio generated with the video?

Yes. Dialogue, sound effects and ambience come out of the same render and audio is on by default. Switch it off for a silent clip and a slightly lower cost.

How do I keep my original image intact?

Use Image mode and upload it as the first frame. Describe only what should move and how the camera behaves. Adding the same image, or a small variation, as the last frame keeps the ending on model too.

What is the difference between Kling 3 and Kling 4.0?

Kling 4.0 is listed as opening soon and cannot be used yet. Kling 3 is available now with clips up to 15 seconds and 4K, so it is the best Kling for real projects today.

How many credits does a Kling 3 clip use?

It depends on the clip. Longer clips, higher resolutions and native audio use more credits. The exact amount shows on the Generate button before you spend anything, and the same balance works for video, images and music.

What happens if a Kling 3 generation fails?

Every credit goes straight back to your balance automatically. There is nothing to claim or report. Adjust the prompt or the settings and try again.

Can I use Kling 3 videos commercially?

Yes. Every plan includes commercial use and downloads have no watermark. You are still responsible for what you make, so avoid real people, logos or characters you do not have the rights to.
