What is a credit?
Credits are how every generation is priced in NovaMotions AI. Each model shows its price in credits before you start, and the amount depends on the model, the length, the resolution and whether audio is on.
How does the paid trial work?
Trials start from $1 and last 7 days. You pay the trial fee today and get trial credits straight away. On day 8 the trial converts to the monthly plan unless you cancel before then.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account and you won't be charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your credits stay usable until they expire.
How do monthly, yearly and one-time plans differ?
Monthly plans renew every month. Yearly plans are billed once, save up to 21% and deliver the year's credits upfront. One-time plans cost 50% more than a month of the same plan, never renew and keep their credits valid for 6 months.
What is the largest generation my plan allows?
Each plan has a limit for a single generation, shown on the plan card in credits. If a job would go above it, the studio tells you before anything is charged and suggests a shorter length or a lower resolution, or a plan with a higher limit.
Do top-up credits expire?
No. Top-up credits never expire. You need an active plan or trial to buy them, and they are spent after your plan credits so the credits that expire first are always used first.
What happens when a generation fails?
Every credit it used goes back to your balance automatically, usually within seconds. You don't need to contact us.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to another plan from this page or from your account at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within the conditions of our refund policy. You can send a request from the refunds page and we reply by email, usually within two business days.
How can I pay?
Major credit and debit cards, plus the local payment methods our payment partner supports in your country. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on where you are.
