Acceptable use policy

1.Zero tolerance for content that sexualizes minors

You may not create, upload or request any content that sexualizes minors or shows minors in sexual situations, in any style, including drawn, animated or fictional characters who appear to be minors. We block it, close the account permanently and report it to the relevant authorities.

2.Prohibited content

Don't use NovaMotions AI to create or share:

• Sexual content of real, identifiable people, or any non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Content that promotes or glorifies terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm or serious violence against people or animals.
• Hate speech or content that attacks people because of protected characteristics.
• Harassment, threats, bullying or content meant to intimidate a specific person.
• Content that helps make weapons, explosives or dangerous substances, or facilitates other serious crimes.
• Scams, impersonation, phishing material or fake documents.
• Election or public health misinformation presented as fact.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

3.Real people, likeness and voices

Only use a real person's face, body or voice when you have their consent, or when it is clearly lawful commentary such as obvious parody that nobody would mistake for real footage. Never make realistic media that shows a real person saying or doing something they didn't do in a way that could deceive, embarrass or harm them.

4.References you upload

Images, video clips and audio files you attach must be yours or licensed to you for this use. Don't upload other people's private photos, recordings or voices without permission, and don't use references to copy a protected work wholesale.

5.Be honest about AI media

Label AI-generated media where the law or the platform you publish on requires it, and never present generated footage as real news or evidence.

6.Platform and API rules

• Don't try to get around safety checks, for example by splitting a forbidden request into parts or hiding it in references.
• Don't create multiple accounts to collect trials or invite rewards, or abuse refunds.
• Don't scrape the site, overload the service or probe it for weaknesses.
• Don't share or sell API keys or account access.
• If you run an integration on our API, apply these rules to your own users.

7.Enforcement

Automated checks and human review may block prompts, references or outputs. A blocked generation returns its credits. Depending on how serious a breach is, we may warn you, remove content, revoke API keys, suspend your account or close it without a refund. Where we must, we report unlawful content to the authorities.

8.Reporting content

If you see a shared creation that breaks this policy, or content that uses your likeness or your work without permission, write to support@novamotions.com with the link. We review every report.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as laws and risks change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
