You can
- Use videos, images and songs in ads, campaigns and brand content
- Deliver them to clients as part of paid work
- Publish them on monetized channels and social accounts
- Use them in products, games, apps, books, merchandise and packaging
- Edit, cut, combine and remix them with other material
- Use them in films, broadcasts, events and presentations
You can't
- Create anything our acceptable use policy forbids
- Use a real person's face or voice without their consent
- Upload references you don't own or have no permission to use
- Suggest that a model developer or NovaMotions AI endorses your work
- Use outputs to build or train a competing generation service
- Pass off fully AI-made media as real footage where that misleads people
Ownership
As between you and NovaMotions AI, you own the outputs you create, to the extent the law in your country allows. We don't claim ownership and we don't charge royalties. Some countries limit copyright protection for AI-made media, so other people may be able to make something similar.
Your references
Images, clips and audio you upload must be yours or licensed to you for this use. If a reference contains someone else's work, a person's likeness or a brand, you are responsible for having the rights you need.
Third-party rights in outputs
A prompt that asks for a known character, logo, artwork or real person can produce an output that infringes someone else's rights. Check outputs before commercial use, especially for trademarks and recognizable people.
Attribution
You don't have to credit NovaMotions AI or the model you used. If you want to, a short mention such as "Made with NovaMotions AI" is welcome.
When your plan ends
Cancelling or finishing a plan doesn't take back the rights you had in what you made while it was active. Keep your own copies, because files in your history may be deleted under our retention rules after your account closes.
